Hillnote Harp Academy
Tuition & Payment Information
Hillnote Music is a semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer) tuition-based program. Students are charged a semester tuition rather than being charged per lesson or per month. Fall and Spring tuition includes 15 private lessons, dress rehearsal, and performance. By registering for a semester, you are committing to taking and paying for lessons for the entire semester. There are NO REFUNDS.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
A yearly registration fee of $75 ($125 for multiple family members) is charged at the at the time of first enrollment, and subsequently at beginning of each Summer semester. This registration fee reserves your place in the program the following academic year and helps cover a portion of the cost of studio performances and other studio activities (venue rental, printing programs, refreshments, and much more). There are NO REFUNDS.
PAYMENT
Semester tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the semester or paid in 5 monthly installments by the first lesson of each month. Monthly payments that are not received before or at the first lesson of the month will be considered late. There is a 5% late fee for all late payments. If payment has still not been made by the second lesson of the month, no lesson will be given.
Payments can be made with cash or check in person, or with card via your online invoice.
MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBER DISCOUNT
Normal tuition for the first student, while each additional sibling or family member receives a $50 discount off full semester tuition.
